the form of document [2002]17 and approved by the Police
Office here; one that has been granted alicense specially
by the Police Bureau in Jinan city and registered in Industry
and Commerce Office in Shandong province.
Our
company may auction off such things like public property,
the property that had been involved in law cases and should
be sold out, evil assets in financial system, companies
that had been bankrupted, various tangible and intangible
assets that had been entrusted by other kinds of juridical
